Homecoming 2009 – Just Around the Corner!

The time is drawing near for the Pans to celebrate their 98th year of existence at the 2009 Homecoming Banquet!

In case you find yourself out of the loop, Homecoming is on October 3 at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel in Cranberry, PA. The Gamma Chi sorority will also be hosting their 90th Anniversary Dinner on Friday October 2 (the night before ours) at the same hotel. A few Pan alums have discussed crashing this party.

After an off-hand count, there are at least 25-30 alumni who are confirmed to attend our banquet.

Contact your buddies to see who all is going and if you can, stop by! If you decide to attend, please inform our Alumni Representative (brandon.tigges@pansophicfraternity.com). The room block for Pan Sophic Alumni has closed, but rooms may still be available. To contact the Sheraton, call (724) 776-6900.

Hope to see you soon!

Inaugural Year on New Pan Sophic Hall

Ketler Hall - The New Home of Pan Sophic

Ketler Hall - The New Home of Pan Sophic

As the summer comes closer to a close, the actives are preparing to return to campus.

This will be the inaugural year of the new Pan Sophic hall, which is located in the basement of Ketler. Like the Jews, the brothers of Pan Sophic have been blindly occupying various locations of the Grove City College campus for two years now. Finally, however, we have regained the trust of the school’s administration. This housing turnaround marks a new era of Pan Sophic history that will see our beloved fraternity into a new century of existence.

If you find yourself in or around the borough of Grove City, make sure to contact one of the Pans (our contact info can be found on the site) and we’ll meet up for a tour of the hall and a trip to the watering hole!
